Lakisha Jackson-Young has invested over 37 yrs in the workplace, of which over 15 years in leadership roles and 33 years in the Telecommunications industry.

Lakisha enrolled in Wayne State University in 1994 directly after High school with a major in Public Relations. Upon advancement in her career, Lakisha continued to pursue her Bachelors degree through Bellevue University where she switched her degree to Professional Retail Sales Management. Lakisha continued her education by returning Bellevue and pursued a Master's of Science degree in Executive Coaching where she also received her Certification as an Executive Coach.

In 2022, Lakisha recognized the opportunity to help other individuals, young and old, in and out of the workplace find their destiny and purpose. From past failures to bad decisions, it was necessary to provide a series of winning methods to provide as another course/path for those encountering lack of growth. This opportunity helped to birth AnotherWay2Win. LLC. The services provided include coaching individuals in leadership who are seeking guidance to tap in to their true purpose as a leader in order to produce results/improvement.

By 2023, Lakisha continued to see the need to provide tools, guides and useful resources to help young aspiring leaders in finding, advancing and preparing for Leadership in the workplace. This passion for youth empowerment birthed "Ignite Youth: Find the Leader Within: Start Your Journey Now". This publication presents the top 10 aspects and elements of Leadership. Along with these powerful elements includes valuable references to help guide Youth and Adult aspiring leaders toward their jouney in leadership.
